titrate is not a medical device, pharmacy, or healthcare provider. All recommendations are AI-generated and informational only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your supplement or medication routine.
By accessing or using the titrate application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
titrate is an AI-powered supplement analysis tool that evaluates your supplement stack for safety, timing, interactions, and optimization opportunities. The Service combines curated interaction rules, a genomic knowledge base, and Google Gemini AI to generate personalized recommendations. The Service is available in three tiers: Free, Pro, and Clinical.
The Service is an educational decision-support tool only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. All output — including titration scores, supplement recommendations, interaction warnings, DNA analysis, diet protocols, and lifestyle suggestions — is informational and should not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, medication, or health protocol. titrate is not a licensed pharmacy, physician, dietitian, or genetic counselor.
Recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or hallucinated information. While we employ curated safety rules and structured prompts to improve accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or clinical validity of any AI-generated output. You assume full responsibility for decisions made based on the Service's recommendations.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. If you are managing a care circle profile for a minor, you affirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.
Account creation is optional for the Free tier. When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. By default your intake answers and analysis results are kept in your browser's local storage; if you sign in and enable cloud sync (required for Pro and Clinical features such as the AI Coach, multi-profile, and persistent DNA findings), an RLS-scoped copy of that data is stored in our Supabase database so the same profile loads on your other devices. AI prompt content is transmitted over HTTPS to Google Gemini for analysis; the prompt itself is not retained in our application logs. See the Privacy Policy for the full data inventory and retention details.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service; (c) use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-query the Service; (d) impersonate another person or misrepresent your health information to generate recommendations for resale; (e) use the Service to provide medical advice to others in a professional capacity without independent clinical verification.
All content, design, code, algorithms, curated rule sets, the SNP knowledge base, the titration score methodology, and the titrate brand are the intellectual property of titrate and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.
Certain features require a paid subscription (Pro or Clinical tier). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis at the price disclosed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase, and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops any further charges. New paid subscriptions include a 7-day money-back window: if you contact billing@titrate.app within 7 days of your initial purchase we will issue a full refund of that first charge. We may change pricing on at least 30 days' written notice; price changes apply only to billing periods that begin after the notice period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, titrate and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any adverse health outcomes resulting from following AI-generated recommendations. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for: (a) gross negligence or willful misconduct; (b) personal injury or death caused by our negligence; (c) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (d) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of your jurisdiction (including, for California residents, Civil Code § 1668).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless titrate and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) any health decisions you make based on the Service's output.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
