Please read these terms carefully before using titrate.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the titrate application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
titrate helps you organize supplements, schedules, and health records and explore educational explanations and potential interaction flags. It combines curated rules, reviewed genetic interpretations, Google Gemini generation, and TypeSafe Jev routing and quality review through OpenRouter. These checks can miss concerns and do not establish safety for an individual. Available features and any planned subscriptions are described on the Pricing page.
3. Not Medical Advice
The Service is an educational decision-support tool only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. All output — including titration scores, supplement recommendations, interaction warnings, DNA analysis, diet protocols, and lifestyle suggestions — is informational and should not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, medication, or health protocol. titrate is not a licensed pharmacy, physician, dietitian, or genetic counselor.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service includes curated, rule-based information, content generated by Google Gemini AI, and classification or quality-review decisions produced by TypeSafe Jev through OpenRouter. AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or hallucinated information. While we employ curated safety rules, structured prompts, and deterministic limits to improve accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or clinical validity of any AI-generated output or classification. You assume full responsibility for decisions made based on the Service's recommendations.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account for yourself. If you are managing a care-circle profile for a minor, you must confirm in the calibration form that you are their parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.
6. User Accounts & Data
Account creation is required to calibrate a profile. The Free tier does not require a paid plan. When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Your profile and analysis results are kept in your browser and sync automatically to Supabase during signed-in app use; there is no separate cloud-sync switch. Access controls separate customer accounts, while authorized service processes and administrators may access records for service operation, support, and data requests. Google Gemini and OpenRouter Jev processing require separate AI-sharing permission. Uploaded files are sent over HTTPS when needed for an AI feature and are not retained by our application after processing. Saved Coach messages, profile and analysis records, extracted label text, and ingredient-resolution results may remain in application storage. We exclude their content from application telemetry; this does not mean saved records or provider copies are immediately erased. 7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service; (c) use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-query the Service; (d) impersonate another person or misrepresent your health information to generate recommendations for resale; (e) use the Service in clinical practice or to provide medical advice, including after independent verification. You may share your records with a qualified clinician for discussion; this does not authorize using the Service to deliver clinical care.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, algorithms, curated rule sets, the SNP knowledge base, the titration score methodology, and the titrate brand are the intellectual property of titrate and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.
9. Subscription & Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription (Pro or Complete tier). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis at the price disclosed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase, and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops any further charges. New paid subscriptions include a 7-day money-back window: if you contact billing@titrate.app within 7 days of your initial purchase we will issue a full refund of that first charge. We may change pricing on at least 30 days' written notice; price changes apply only to billing periods that begin after the notice period.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, titrate and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any adverse health outcomes resulting from following AI-generated recommendations. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for: (a) gross negligence or willful misconduct; (b) personal injury or death caused by our negligence; (c) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (d) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of your jurisdiction (including, for California residents, Civil Code § 1668).
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless titrate and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) any health decisions you make based on the Service's output.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
