Your intake answers (biometrics, goals, conditions, medications), your supplement stack, your AI Coach conversations, and any extracted DNA markers you upload. For Free use, that data lives only in your browser. If you sign in and enable cloud sync (Pro/Clinical), an RLS-scoped copy is stored in our Supabase database so the same profile loads on your other devices. We never sell or share your data. Once paid plans are live, you can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues until then.

New paid subscriptions include a 7-day money-back window: if you contact billing@titrate.app within 7 days of your initial purchase, we will issue a full refund of that first charge. After the 7-day window, refunds for the current billing period are at our discretion.

Yes. From your account settings you can wipe your profile, analysis history, AI Coach conversations, and any uploaded DNA markers from our servers. Local-storage data is cleared from your browser when you sign out or clear site data.
